I already noticed the same thing with my old GTX 770, I have a GTX 1070 now.
Whenever I apply my memory oc (+300 / which is stable) my screen flickers / shows strange "lines" for a second or even less. Its really only when I click on apply, games and benchmarks just run fine without any issues. It doesnt happen every single time, but sometimes.
Is that a normal thing? im overclocking with MSI Afterburner.
