Gtx 1060 or gtx 1070

Hi guys I am here asking about new pascal gpu so I found Asus gtx 1060 turbo which lifespan is 4x longevity and the gtx 1070 evga is pretty powerful but both are good and prices are affordable 1060 is 250 bucks the turbo and evga gtx 1070 is I think 430 bucks I kinda confused it would helpful if someone have answer thanks in advance

Which resolution are you playing at?

Assuming your power supply is good enough for either, whether the 1070 is worth it depends on two factors: what resolution you game at, and how long you want to wait before replacing the card. If you play at 1080p or below, the 1060 should be able to play almost everything at max settings for the next few years. If you play at 2k or above, the 1070 is the way to go.

- purchase a 1070.
Do you have between 200 and 450€?
Do yo favour ATI cards or brand agnostic?
- purchase a RX 480
Do you favour Nvidia cards?
- Purchase a 1060

for FULL HD 1080P gaming get GTX 1060

for wide 1440p or 4K gaming , get the GTX 1070

If you only game on FHD monitor you dont need GTX 1070 ... unless you are planning to get a new monitor

Well guys maybe I know few about over but I want run my games maxed out in all games and yeah 720p cheesy but yet OK soon get 1080p

Then a GTX 1060 is the best choice. I would suggest getting a card with 2 or 3 fans, MSI, EVGA,Gigabyte and Asus are the best brands.

Both MSI GTX 1060 cards are the same, the Gaming X is just a little more factory overclocked.
