Motherboard compatible with 3rd generation i5?

I'm trying to find a motherboard that is compatible with a 3rd generation i5 3330 out of the box on the 1155 socket however all the ones i can seem to find need a bios update to be able to work with any 3rd generation processor but i do not have a 2nd generation processor to put in to update the bios, my budget is £50 including delivery and it needs to fit in a micro atx case.

If you buy the new MB from retail store, the MB will have the newer BIOS for the Ivy Bridge cpu, you don't need to update the BIOS. Like this one ASRock H61M-DGS for £45.00. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/QpTmP6/asrock-motherboard-h61mdgs

For that MB, the MB needs either P1.10 or P1.30 for the i5 3330 (E1 or N0), but when you go to the download page, the newer BIOS ( P1.60 ) was released on 10/7/2013. So I will say you are fine, don't need update the BIOS at all.

The seller will not, but the manufacturer will.
