Can motherboard x be swapped with motherboard y

I recently ran into an issue with my monitor saying "Power saving mode" and I have come to the conclusion that it's something to do with the motherboard. The motherboard I have now is the ASRock B75M- ITX and the one I want to get is the ASRock B85M- ITX motherboard.

(These are the mini Itx motherboards that will fit in the case that I listed below)

I have the special IBUYPOWER Revolt 1 case.

Internals:
2 8GB ADATA sticks of ram
EVGA GeForce GTX 680
Crosshair 12v DC 0.38a Brushless Fan with its liquid cooling
500W Power Supply

If you change the MB from B75M to the B85M, you will buy other lga1150 cpu for the B85M, because the B75M is the lga1155 socket MB. Also you may or may not need the OS too, it depends on what type the OS you had.

But may try other PSU with the B75M first, what is your 500W PSU? because maybe the PSU has problem.
