My computer crashed when my son installed Windows 10. How can I reinstall Windows 8 without a screen or a disk???

Short Answer : You Can't.
Long Answer : do you have a GPU? if yes, try to remove it and connect the monitor to the onboard graphics port & try to boot up.. there should not be any problem.. maybe just a bad GPU there..
Please post your PC specifications like the CPU, ram, motherboard, monitor, etc etc..

from another pc use an 8g usb stick download windows media creation tool. make a new windows 10 bootable iso image. plug it into your pc and boot from it. when it starts go into repair settings under there is a setting to roll back to older os. if the win.old/win.bac files are fine you should be able to roll back to 7. a lot of windows 10 upgrades failires are old program and old anti virus programs.
