Hi,

I have put together some parts and wondered if you could suggest any possible alterations or if you thought this looks good.

I will be using this PC for games such as Total War, Hearts of Iron and GTA V, plus for standard computing tasks and streaming videos. I would like it to be upgradeable in the future so I won't have to fully replace it for a while.

It's a very good build. This is a personal niggle, so feel free to ignore it, but I do dislike seeing people waste their money on Coolermaster products; there is ALWAYS something equal or better for the same or less money. If $5-$10 matters to you (hey, that's good for some games at Humble Bundle!) then check out Cryorig or Gammax for your cooler. If you want high overclocks (there's no need for this, but if you want it), you'll want a better cooler anyway, like Noctua or Phanteks.

Could you be more specific with a better CPU cooler? I just went with cooler master as everyone seems to recommend them. I will be doing some overclocking, not extreme though!

DeepCool Gammaxx 400

Get yourself a Z170 Fatal1ty, good stuff if you want overclock.
By the way, thee 480 might be more future proof, more memory + better Dx12 performance.
But the 1060 is still a great card.
