I've had my PC for about 6 months now and have had many problems with the picture not showing up on the tv that I'm using as my main display. I cannot access the desktop at all. I've tried plugging it into the motherboard and video card however no picture shows up, however I know my tv detects the PC because it allows me to select the input it is on (tv only lets you select inputs that have a device connected). I just installed the latest AMD drivers and I think that might be the root of the problem but do not know how to fix it. Any advice would be helpful.

I am getting no picture when plugging the hdmi from my PC into the tv.

I think it might be a simple solution!
you have to enable the second display.
Right click empty space on your desktop and get your display settings open.
You need to set the second display as "extend desktop to this display"
