HDD keep buzzing every 2 sec

I dk why but my harddrive makes "loading" sound every 2 sec, even when hdd usage in task manage is near 0. I checked hdd diod and it lights up every 2 sec. Its annoying as my fans are very quiet and only this hdd wakes every 2 sec to buzz.

Iam running windows 10

Hi there Gazi,

I would agree with SR-71 Blackbird. Mechanical drives do make similar sounds.

One thing you can do is to see if the drive operates properly. You can do so if you test it with a brand specific(or a third party one) testing tool.
