There;s a couple of options. The free & easy one would be to move your phone or turn it off - although probably not options you're looking for.
You could also turn off the Wifi & Cellular radios, which should remove the issue.
Or, change up the positioning of the laptop vs phone. Move the phone to the other side, increase the distance between the devices etc.
Alternatively..... the money option...
You could buy a set of powerline adapters, plug your router in one end (and then into the wall) and attach the other one near your laptop - and run an ethernet cable from there*. It's not going to be as 'snappy' as straight ethernet, but it should be an improvement over wireless (at any significant distance), and should be more stable too.
*This assumes the socket the router is attached to, and the one you would use are on the same circuit.
