USB peripherals randomly disconnect/reconnect and PC freezes at the same time.

Hello

So im having that problem, this time with my keyboard, it randomly disconnects , my pc freezes a bit and then reconnects again...
I have no idea why does this happen
i tried switching the keyboard to another usb port but the problem persists.
i have had the same problem with usb powered headphones, they only had that issue on my computer, they worked fine on a notebook.

I have a gigabyte z97x gaming 7 motherboard and im running win 7 x64

Any help?

Hi there FedeArce3,

One thing you can do is to go to your MOBO's website and update all the drivers.

In case the issue persists, then it could be something hardware related.(MOBO or PSU perhaph)

Does this happen when the system is under load?

And it happens under normal use too, yesterday i was only browsing the web while using teamspeak to talk with some friends and my keyboard randomly disconnected like 4-5 times.
