Error loading OS

Hi I have a issue of my laptop,I was check antivirus software and I was aware delete the re-edit key.After that I restart my laptop,suddenly my laptop say don't have window activity I was like so weird and after that restart 1 more time,my laptop suddenly pop up 2 option say like error recovery and I do 2 that option I do the recovery image after that completed,my laptop just restart itself and I was saw a message say ERROR LOADING OS and I was what?... and I go to escape menu boot setting do a disc or USB to boot again but no luck I keep stuck in error loading os whatever I do a network recovery or USB boot not gonna work either those way.In the screen error loading os I was smash my keyboard and I heard weird beep sound around f1 to f10.
Anything help please I try to fix this laptop I can't buy a new one.....

Something has caused file corruption inside your system. It was maybe the antivirus delete and re-edit key or the recovery. Try to enter the bios, and check the boot priority for maybe, the sequence has changed, if the problem still goes on, consider to perform windows repair, or reformat os will be better.

I was do all that solution no hope like boot system or even bios whatever it is,I was do all that thing but no hope the screen just flash and pop back os error thing is was pissed me a lot I don't know what I did but I didn't damage just delete the boot from re-edit and now it make terrible problems

"delete the boot from re-edit" i didnt quite get that, but im pretty sure this is the one that messed up your system. Do you have a recovery disk? perform windows repair.

Yeah I have it,but the issue it I can't get into that option because my computer stuck in OS screen I can't do anything at well I only can press esc start menu and do all the option but no luck some of them just like pop back to error loading os that was pissed me off.

I don't think I have that option after I have that screen error OS I can only do the option like boot flash usb disc but is not work either is keep pop back to os screen that was really weird I can't do anything now.any tips please but about bios can you tell me more clearly about that I don't really understand what it bios.
