is my ASUS P7P55D-E PRO mobo the culprit of my freezing problems?

I bought a slightly used, built pc and I am not sure the mobo is the problem but I have my brain. The machine runs great for a but then starts locking up. Usually under a higher load (either game or movie) it begins by not loading things, any video will stop but the sound keeps playing for a while and then the whole thing becomes unresponsive to clicks or keyboard commands. However... I can still move the mouse but I have to power it down using the power button. I have been running speccy to see if there are any problems, especially temperature problems. The graphics card has been getting really hot which I dont understand because everything else is cool and all fans are on. This happens if it is just one Radeon 5770 or both of them. Could I really have 2 bad gpu cards or is it the mobo?

Here is a full report of what I got going on in my setup but it shows 4gb ram, which I have tried different ones and only one gpu is in there right now, along with Windows 8.1 not 10. All Changes I have made to troubleshoot.

Any help would be awesome.

450 Watt or greater power supply with one 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connectors recommended for HD5770.

I have no idea what RAM your 1333MHz 4GB is. I suggest using a matched pair of 1333MHz or 1600MHz memory.

Your DRAM voltage is reported at 1.76v which is alarmingly high. Faulty memory, using random modules, failure to set memory clock , DRAM timings, and DRAM voltage can cause freezing.

OK, so I pulled the 2 ram sticks that didnt match. I believe the voltages were high due to the "oc dram" switch being on but I am probably wrong. what voltage should the dram be around?

I have been tweaking things nearly non-stop. So I have 2 identical 2gb Ripjaw sticks in the matching DIMM spots. Not much RAM to work with but it is what it is for the moment. Also, I have gone back to Windows 10 and I have both my 5770 cards crossfired. I have been monitoring temperatures super closely with speedfan and kicking them up when need be. It has frozen since though and it gave me a BSOD with the error code 0xc000000e and when I tried to repair i got this report but Im not sure what to take from it exactly....
