I have MSI 970A-G46 Board with AMD FX-630 6-Core CPU. I currently have 1 PNY 8GB ram installed and am trying to upgrade my memory to 32GB. I bought 4 Kingston 8GB 1866MHz DDR3 HyperX Fury Blue rams but I can't get any OS boot-up?! Is there any compatibility issue? If so, what ram do you suggest?

Solution
What is the model number of your DRAM? The MC (memory controller) in your CPU isn't all that strong, may need an OC on the CPU for 32GB and/or to raise the MC voltage, try kicking the CPU/NB voltage to 1.25
Did you buy four separate sticks, or a kit containing four identical sticks?

Try only one stick at a time. Try each stick in each slot. Never have more than one stick installed at once just yet.

If any one stick doesn't boot, but the others do, then you have a faulty stick. If all sticks do not boot in any specific slot, you have a bad slot.

If neither of the above problems happen, try adding the sticks together until all slots are populated. Start by populating the blue slots, then the black slots. If any two sticks don't play well together, then you have a bad stick.

I just tried that but when I put any of the new rams in and power the machine back on, all I get is a blank black screen. Is there anything in BIOS settings that I need to change? Current ram's max is 1333Mhz and the new ones' are 1866Mhz. I think somehow the new ones are not compatible with either my CPU or Motherboard even though they match specifications.

Does the new RAM have ECC? If so, then that's the problem.

Try turning the system off, unplugging it, pressing and holding the power button for three seconds to drain any remaining power, then removing the CMOS battery from the motherboard for five minutes to reset CMOS. After five minutes, put everything back together and repeat the process of inserting RAM from earlier.

Thanks for your response! I did all that and after few times I was able to get the system up and running, but now my issue is that when I'm working, the system suddenly freezes and there is nothing I can do; That even happens when I'm in BIOS settings!! Also I'm pretty sure the new RAM doesn't have ECC. The exact model of the new RAM is Kingston HX318C1F/8, 8GB 1866MHZ DDR3 CL1 DIMM Hyperx Fury Blue. If you think the issue is from the new RAMs, I can change them. If so, what other RAM do you think I should get? By the way the PC is running a fresh installed Windows 10 64 Bit.
