I have the HCG520. I was hoping to get the gtx1070 which needs 500w... I'm cutting it kinda close! Will I be ok? I still have the rest of my build to power up!

It's a Seasonic S12 II platform unit, so it should work. The 1070 only needs ~175W max, and your entire system is only ~300W, the reason why they say 500W is because some power supplies are god aweful and won't survive that type of card!
