All 3 are decent optical mice (I think you must mean the Corsair k65 PRO if you're referring to the mouse?), though all on the heavier side. Pricier compared to some others that offer as good or better a sensor, ergonomics, features. The Tyon and esp the 7000, are perhaps more unique in their ergonomic design for some.
The Corsair has a better sensor, but the 3310 the other two have isn't a bad sensor by any means either. The Naos 7000 is a full palm grip mouse on the heavier side. Dream Machines DM2 optical has a very similar design to the Naos 7k optical, lower price. Mionix Avior SK Team Edition is a light optical version of the ambidextrous avior series.
Many underrated mice available that are worth a look. One of them is the Roccat Kone Pure Military Edition (Not the Kone Pure). Pmw 3310 sensor, sensibly light, very comfortable/ergonomic, usually found under $50. The Nixeus Revel and DM 1 pro S, featured in Tom's latest peripheral articles, also worth considering, at $50.
Btw, I recommend u check out Rocket Jump Ninja's channel on YT, he has some comprehensive mouse reviews and comparisons, you may find them useful.
