All the components you listed are compatible.
If this is for gaming, I'd recommend you consider the i5-6600K over the i7-6700K from a cost perspective. You're not likely to see any significant gains going with an i7 (of course, if you have other reasons for having the i7, it's certainly not going to do you any harm).
Remember, if you go for a Skylake 'K' (6600K, 6700K) CPU, they don't come with a stock cooler, so you'll need to buy a cooler to go with it. Anything as basic as a Cryorig H7 or Hyper 212 Evo (both 'budget' air options) for basic operations, no overclocked all the way through to a Noctua NH-D15 (high-end air) or NZXT Kraken X61 (duel 140mm radiator liquid) if you're looking to overclock. Z170 chipset is a must for OCing, SLI (in future), RAID or even faster speed RAM.
As for the motherboard, a $200 motherboard is overkill (unless you really want that board for a feature or look).
