Just curious what does -12V on PSU label mean?

Hello,

I am curious what does -12V on PSU label mean? On my PSU it says -12V 0.3A 3.6W.
Do they matter? Should I know what they mean when buying PSU?

No, it's a -12 V rail.

It's not used for much (if anything?) these days, I wouldn't worry about the -12 V amperage when deciding on a PSU.
