will above config work...also instead of I3 can i use Intel Pentium G4400 skylake...alo i am installing cpu for the first time....it will be helpful if anyone has guide about installation and drivers set up etc....

i3 will definitely be a better choice for games.
A GPU like GTX 750Ti will play most games, just not maxed.
The PSU is good, but not the best. Best option would be EVGA G2 or Seasonic S12II.

which Graphics card can i use lowest in price or not needed for above config...and if used will SMPS be enough

i am a occassional gamer like to play far cry or call of duty etc...will these work without graphic

Then ideally you would get a graphic card that can run these games.
Also the i3 6100 may be a better choice than the G4400.
What monitor resolution will you be playing at?

i am planning to connect it to TV having 720p.......by the wya which graphic card can i use cheapest already on edge of budget....
