MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X Coil Whine???

I was wondering if my gtx 1060 is coil whining or its just normal buzzing. When i run heaven dx11 on ultra settings i hear a slight buzzing noise that is only noticeable with the side panel off. Its not whining its really just buzzing. Is this normal is anyone else having the same problem or should I just RMA the card.

Gaming rig
CPU- intel core i5-6500
GPU- MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X
Ram - skill ripjaw 8gb 2133mhz
PSU- evga 600w bronze
Mobo - gigabyte h170 gaming 1

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but I had the exact same problem.
Did an RMA, it was fine for a week or so and it literally just started again. According to some sources, it's not harmful to the GPU, so I'm going to leave it for now and see what happens in the coming months.

I have just bought AMD RX 570 and it is also buzzing with frequency changing by FPS (100 FPS more high/frequent buzzing, 30 FPS lower buzzing). Did you RMA? I am considering it right now too, but I am also not sure, if it helps or not.
