Or i would ask Transcend 370s vs Plextor M6V which one is better?

I've read in the Anandtech review article about Toshiba's 15nm MLC NAND in Plextor M6V and in the article describe that the Toshiba's 15nm MLC pair with SM2246EN controller in the M6V seems to be a bit slower than the Micron 16nm MLC used in its closest relatives/competitors (Transcend 370s)

But...

I also read in Tom's review "Phison S10: Toshiba MLC And TLC Versus Micron L95B MLC"
and it show Toshiba's 15nm MLC outperform Micron 16nm MLC in many things with S10

So actually Toshiba's 15nm MLC is perform better than Micron 16nm MLC even with any controller?

Thanks in advance - Ju : )

Here's a good comparison site link - http://ssd.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Transcend-SSD370-512GB-vs-Plextor-M6V-512GB/3472vsm31388. Based on this, the Plextor is the better SSD. From a real world/use perspective, you're not going to notice a difference in your PC's performance.

Thank you Scottray : )

I've take a look for it and in the website but from my understand 370 (black plastic) and 370s (silver aluminum) are not the same both body and it NAND normal 370 use Micron 20nm but aluminum 370s use Micron 16nm for it NAND which i think it perform better than it brother Micron 20 in 370

but i also think it like what you said that in the which one is faster or not (370s vs M6V) real world performance is gonna be very little.

but at the end i still really want to know which one is perform better Micron 16nm or Toshiba's 15nm (In my case Transcend 370s vs Plextor M6V) i still keep looking for it but for now i suspect M6V perform better than 370s especially in power consumption but in performance i not really sure. and both price tag are almost the same (M6V cost are higher than 370s for about 1$ in my country).
