Hello.

I just bought new components and built a computer. I connected everything as it should be, but when I tried to turn on the computer, the power supply starts up and after 2 seconds it shuts down and then starts back up again and so on.
Motherboard lights turn on when the power supply turns on.
My monitor doesn't show any picture.

What could be the problem?

Thanks

Power supply tester or try different power supply ya need to test your parts one at a time find out what's bad. Ya can also try clearing CMOS bios can hang and not boot properly.nsome time need to pull main board battery as well when clearing CMOS.

If power supply test fin could still be bad no way to really test them under load. Could try the power supply of friends system barrowmor buy a power supply to try it and take it back. Try your ram on another system ext. If power supply and ram are fine could be main board or CPU issue or didn't seat your CPU correctly or something

Now insert single RAM module and test again. Make sure that the RAM is properly inserted.
