Is there a way to move OS onto SSD from old HDD

Is there a way I can move just the OS onto my SSD from a hard drive i've been using for a while with 400GB used on it. The SSD is 256GB..

Its a samsung is there anyway you could link me this software?

"just the OS"?
No. Samsung or no samsung.

The Samsung Data Migration lets you leave off things like video/pics/music. But other than that, everything else goes.

if your going to reload your apps and programs on the ssd. then unplug the hard drive and use the windows 10 media tool to make a bootable usb stick. boot from the stick when it ask for a key click skip. after windows installs and goes unline it pull your key back onto the pc. then power off plug the hard drive back in. move or copy data you need and then wipe or reuse the hard drive.
