Cheapest water cooling setup?

Solution
step 1. buy the cheapest water block(s) you can find, even if its not for your socket. (just zip tie that that bad boy on there)
step 2. go get some standard sized tubing
step 3. go to the local pet store and get one of those pumps they use in fishtanks
step 4. see if a local mechanic or junkyard has an old car radiator that they are willing to give you for free
step 5. cut 2 holes in a gatorade bottle to make your easily refillable reservoir

Now you just have to assemble the parts and you have yourself the ultimate custom water-cooled pc.
