New pc wont display on my monitor

I just built my first pc and for some reason it wont go into bios or just show up. This is my build: Asrock B85m-itx motherboard / intel i5-4690 / 8 gb ram / gtx 1060 / ssd & hdd / psu 650w. Plz help me i have no one around me to ask.

Alright well first problem and most likely one since asrocks compatibility sucks. Are all the fans spinning in the system even if they are really fast? If yes then most likely your i5 4690 is not compatible with your uefi bios and won't post because of it. Here is a compatibility chart for the motherboard http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B85M-ITX/?cat=CPU you can see the i5 4690 requires a 1.80 uefi bios update so it won't post until you flash a new update on the bios which requires a cpu that is compatible out of the box which is any that says "all" next to it. Trust me I've been here literally 2 months ago.
