I updated my bios a few weeks ago it was working fine and would go into the bios after restarting and tapping the delete key.
After windows 10 updated to the anniversary edition I tried to go into the bios settings. the hardisk light flashes a few times and stops after tapping the delete key or f1. the fans run but nothing comes up on the screen. it will always boot back to win 10 after restarting. i have tryed the win 10 repair boot options and the same thing happens.
I thought it was the win 10 anniversary update but my MSI motherboard boots into the bios after the same update. I recently upgraded the video card to EVGA Gefource 960 with 4gb gddr5.
I have not tried clearing the bios with the jumper for fear it might not even boot to win 10 after that.

1| It'd help us two fold if we knew of your full system's specs.
2| Have you tried removing all devices, with your monitor connected try and see if you can get into BIOS...? You should be able to at least see the BIOS or a message stating that the boot device is missing if there is nothing connected.
3| Clearing your CMOS would be a good place to start. You can also try removing the CMOS battery for 15-30 minutes before replacing it.
