So I've changed my mind and decided to buy the AMD FX-8300 CPU and the MSI GTX 950.The question is will my EVGA 400W psu handle them? Speaking of low and FULL load. Also which is the best suitable motherboard (m-ATX form and DDR3 RAM support) for that CPU and a price up to 50-60$)
