hello what do you think about this htpc build can i play fallout 4 or gta 5 or ps2 wiiu wii emu in high setteing 1080p ?

motherboard gigabyte micro atx z97mx gaming 3 or 5
cpu i5 4690k
msi gpu gtx 750 ti
ram Kingston HyperX Fury Red 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1866
hdd Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
case Silverstone GD09B HTPC Case
and do i need to overclock and if how much speed do i need ?

you will be able to play medium settings not high setting with that card. a mini GTX 960/1060 would do a better job at what you are looking for
