Low fps in games, 3k gaming pc need help pls

My computer spec are as follows

i7 6700k - 4ghz
msi founders edition gtx 1080
32G vengance 3000mhz ram
msi z170 m7 gaming motherboard
850 pro samsung ssd
windows 10 64bit home

Watching streams, people with 980ti's 16g ram i7 6700k ect, all geting 50-80+ more fps than me in overwatch, i can't even hold over 120 fps so not even close to being able to use my 144hz monitor. Any tips would help alot thanks. And yes i am on the lowest settings possible same as the streamer

Overwatch has a FPS limiter in the settings. Mine was on by default when I first installed Overwatch. Check to see if its enabled in your settings

And do you have the latest video card drivers for your 1080 installed?

Hey, yeah i know limiter isn;t on, driver version 368.81. uninstalled all drivers multiple times ect with ddu. Im up to date with new drivers, still shit fps
