Fans at max speed when booting up

I've just experienced this situation. I turned on the pc and at the user screen the one with a landscape the fan started to run at max speed for something like 2 or 3 secs. Then it returned to normal speed. Then i restarted the pc but it didn't happen again. Also, i think it was the psu fan (?) i dont know exactly...

Perfectly normal for a lot of systems, it just depends on too many factors and usually not a problem. If the fan stays at 100% for more than a minute you might have issues.
