Windows installation problems

Hey, whenever I try to install Windows 8.1 I get sent to this page-

When I click the top one it says this-

The problem is that I don't have Windows installed on this computer yet.

If I'm supposed to click the bottom one, please tell me because I don't understand it.

Just follow what they are saying. First remove USB stick/DVD (depends on what you are using) then restart pc and plug the installation media back

When I restart the pc it says no bootable device and goes into the bios

If you have no windows installed, you can't choose upgrade option.
Choose Custom Install.

I don't know what it means by "installation media containing the driver files"

Please help!

Check your BIOS and determine sata controller mode setting.
Possible values - IDE,AHCI,RAID.
Post model name of your motherboard.

You will need to download AHCI/RAID driver from motherboard manufacturer web site.
It's under Support & Downloads.

Download drivers,
extract them,
copy to usb,
and load during windows installation
(when on this screen)

Hmm, but this screen shows, that you have no drives in your computer.
Where do you imagine to install anything?

Check and make sure your drives are properly connected

Try AMD RAID driver.

Are you sure you have connected your HDD or SSD properly?
It doesn't show up in BIOS.
