Is 70c load temp normal using aida64

I recently build a PC using i5 6500 and used hyper 103. I am in India so ambient temp is 25 to 30 c.i am getting idle around 32 to 37c and while running aida64 got about 75c on one core and an average of 70c. Is it alright??

1. reinstall the CPU cooler and make sure you are applying thermal paste correctly and make sure the CPU fans is blowing air to the back of the case.
2. do better cable management and make sure there is nice airflow from the intake fan
3. add another intake fan if possible
4. try monitoring temperatures with both CPU-Z and motherboard utility while stress testing your CPU.
