I want to reinstall my Windows 8.1 on Samsung NP300E5C notebook but it keeps asking for the product activation key. Type key correctly but it states "couldn't verify product key" Upgrading from windows 8 to 8.1 thus the BIOS key is different to setup key

According to [http://www.samsung.com/us/computer/pcs/NP300E5C-A03US-specs]Samsung[/url] it shipped with Win7 so at some point someone upgraded it to 8. You need to find the key for that OS. It is not in your bios like on modern pc's.
