It's just because console games are not written for a multitasking environment.
This fix smooths out gameplay even on quadcores!
That being said,chirag your system is very weak, you will have to go very low in res and quality to get a somewhat playable framerate.

^even so, I wouldn't be dropping any money on the game with that system. Can't recommend it.
