Drivers and windows without an optical drive?

Im building a gaming computer atm and i have chosen not to include an optical drive because im on a budget but im worrying about how to get windows and also the drivers for each of my components. can someone help me out

Use USB, any modern computer can boot from it and work with it. Drivers coming with parts are usually too old to use effectively but if you must you can find somebody with a CD/DVD drive and transfer files to USB.
There's also internet and you can download everything from manufacturer's sites.
