I have problem with games crashing on new rig

I have problem, i build new rig. This is the specs:

Intel i5 6400
MSI Mortar B150M
1x8GB DDR4 2133MHz
WD Blue 1TB 7200rmp 64mb
Fortron Raider 550w 80+ silver
Zalman Z3 Plus

I planning to buy GPU (RX470/RX480/GTX1060/GTX1070) later.
I have problem with my HD530, when i play games like FIFA 15 on lowest setting or COD4 or lowest settings. Games work fine but after 5-10 minutes game crashes with messege: your computer is low on memory. Save your files and close the program. Then i was go in BIOS and set Integret Graphic Memory from 64m to 1024m but problem remain. All my drivers are updated.

what version of windows do you have?
If windows 8/8.1 then there is bug in the OS..Google it

Solution:
Update windows OS at least once.
Run games at your native resolution (if your monitor supports 1920x1080..try not to play games at 1920x1200)

I had this problem and I updated my Windows once and it fixed
