I have an external drive that was encrypted using bitlocker. Just recently while connecting to the desktop, the dialog box did not pop up for me to type my password.Instead the message was that my disk was corrupted and needs to be formatted. I have important files on the disk and need them urgently.
I tried seaching but coundn't find the icon in the folder. The computer does say that there is an external drive connected to it but does't show in the folders.
Can you please help me. I need to access the files for a community program implementation next week.
