I have an AMD FX 8320 and an MSI GTX 950 with 8gb RAM. I'm running it on windows 10 pro but i seem to be losing performance. I hear the same setups running DOTA 2 at 70 fps where i only get 40 to 50. I installed the Vulkan update to use more cores. It helped for an extra 7 or 8 frames but its still under performing.

I'd suggest running an industry-standard benchmark in order to compare your system against others.

Userbenchmark should give an indication if the various components of your computer are under performing against other people with the same components.

Thanks for showing be this tool. It helped me figure out the problem. Using this i discovered that when i upgraded from A duel core to an 8 core windows 10 only used the 2 cores and wouldn't detect the others. So i did a fresh install of windows 10 and my performance is where it should be.
