Cannot install graphic drivers, causes green screen

Hello,
I'm trying to install graphic drivers for my 980m sli but each time I do after the PC restarts my screen looks like this:

I have to manage to navigate to safemode and uninstall my drivers for it to return to normal. This used to only happen with nvidia drivers above 359.00 but now it is happening with all drivers. (Update: 359.00 and below now work)

What I've tried so far is:

  • Install older drivers
    Clean uninstall with DDU
    OS reinstall

My laptop specs are:
i7 4910MQ
980m 8gb sli
32gb ddr3 ram
1TB 850 pro ssd
LCD: AUO B173HW01 V4

Model: Clevo P377SM-A

Edit: After trying a few more times I managed to install the 359.00 version driver with no issues but still cannot install any higher versions.

I managed to install 359.00 version after trying a few more times but I still cannot install any higher version, with sli enabled it's working fine. I'll try disabling one and installing the higher driver versions to it alone though.

Update: It did not work, same issue as before, I was able to reinstall the 359.00 driver afterwards though. So I guess maybe I am just stuck on this driver version forever?

I still have not found a solution to this that allows me to install driver versions past 359.00. I cannot play the new battlefield game without the new drivers so does anyone have any ideas?

I tried some more things like installing via a modded inf and installing directly via device manager. The drivers install successfully but I am met with my screen like the screenshot in the main post. So there is some issue with drivers past 359.00 and my 980ms. Does anyone have any idea of a solution for this?
