Hey guys I needed a CPU cooler for my PC because my CPU is starting to get hot since im running onboard graphics (specs will be at the bottom) and I said hey, who's better to ask than you guys. So, I'm looking for a cooler thats under 40 CAD. I was looking at the TX3 by cooler master and I was wondering if it was worth a buy so please help me (Btw the Hyper 212 EVO doesnt fit)
