Right now when I go on my newly created pc- http://pcpartpicker.com/list/CQPF8K
I can not connect to the internet. I have not updated the drivers yet, but I dont know which drivers I need.
I am very new to building computers, so any help/ tips would help a lot!
Also I do not have a optical drive.

Good news...
You probably can connect to the internet if you use a network cable from your PC to your router.

Bad news...
Your motherboard does not have a built-in Wi-Fi capability:

In order to connect wirelessly, you can either install an internal wireless LAN card or connect a USB wireless LAN adapter.

With regard to sound, since you haven't listed any speakers with your build, I'm guessing you need to buy a set of PC speakers, headphones or a headset.
Go to the motherboard's support and download homepage:

Choose the OS you're working with and then find the LAN driver. Put it on a CD or USB thumb drive and load it onto the new PC.

I would actually get all of the drivers from the motherboard web site and put them on the thumb drive for:
- Chipset
- Sound
- USB
- LAN

Install in that order.

Once the LAN is installed get the video driver:
- Video (from NVidia.com or Geforce.com)

the main driver you need to install from all the software that shipped with the PC is the network drivers on the motherboard. once you have the network driver installed and have connected to the internet and all the other drivers can be gotten on-line. the drivers that shipped with the PC (GPU,Chipset, Auido, etc) are outdated and will need to be upgraded so save a step and get the newest on-line.

Thanks but how do I physically install the drivers?

Once you're in Windows 8.1, you can run the executable for each of the drivers you loaded onto the USB stick in order as I stated above. Find the USB stick in Windows Explorer/File manager and run them.

I personally never run the install files from the disk that comes with any hardware because they are often out of date, have bugs and can result in an unstable system.

That's why I suggested you download the latest and greatest from the motherboard's web site and install from USB stick or CD/DVD.

The executable files will have the gear with the paper icon behind the gear as is the one in your image that simply says 'rcraid'. The file extension 'exe' is hidden due to your folder view settings (this is the default). But you don't want to install that one. Unless you have a RAID disk setup, you don't need to load a raid driver (plus that would need to be done during OS install).

In your case, you'll want to install the (for the 64-bit version of Windows 8.1):

Chipset file (found at http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_chipset_fm2-plus_win10.zip)
Audio_realtek file (found at http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_audio_realtek_fm2+_v1.7.exe)
and LAN realtek file (found at http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_lan_realtek_8111_fm2+_w8_v1.7.exe)

It's those three you want on your thumb drive.
