I am trying to install the software from my ISP to get my modem set up and when I execute the .exe I get an error as seen here in this screenshot (http://imgur.com/P5sRAf1).
I am currently living in Japan so I am wondering if there is a language/compatibility issue. I have never had any issue using or seeing Japanese text so I am surprised to see this.
