I don't know if low profile is correct name..I'm looking for CPU cooler which blows air directly on CPU, ones where you can see fan when looking from side. It doesn't really have to be low profile, only thing that is important is that you can see the fan spinning when looking at motherboard, not the heatsink. What are the best choices and are those coolers much worse than other standard coolers?

Solution
Alright both of you be nice. I think I know what you want so I'll try to list a few options.

Cryorig C7 is pretty good as is the Silverstone AR05 or 06.

More towards what the Noctua is like is a bit harder but I think I know a few options. Cooler Master GeminII S524 Ver 2 is one. be quiet! SHADOW ROCK LP is another.

Am I on the right track?

I know exactly what I'm looking for... An aftermarket CPU that blows air directly on CPU, like stock cooler. Something like Noctua NH-C12P. I have a 3570K, and I want lower temps than I can get with the stock cooler, but I really like those coolers where you can see the fan when looking through side panel. Can you recommend some cooler other than this Noctua?

You have to pick temperatures or the style you want. Other than noctua's fairly large line of coolers, the rest of the stuff isn't meant for overclocking or is ridiculously big and will cause issues with GPUs and memory in many cases. If you want low temps, you can go big air like the DH15, or AIO water like the X61 or H100i, both which look beautiful from the side

You're not helping at all. I'm looking for a decent top down cooler. Can you recommend any or not?

YES! That's exactly what I'm looking for. Shadow Rock SR1 looks good, too. Like I said it doesn't have to be low profile, only top-down styled, but I didn't know the right name.
