So my friend asked me to build him a PC with a budget of £650.

What he wants to be able to do:
Play games (Doesn't need the highest FPS)
Able to edit videos using Adobe Premier.etc

Any suggestions on what i have reccomended is appreciated

Not a fan of the PSU or the SSD. Here'a a better build using current gen parts for around the same price.
