Should I change my front intake fans to high static pressure ones?

Hi,

I have a Corsair 350D M-ATX case. As you can see from the layout through the link, there are at most 5 fans.

I set two front ones as flow intake and the rest as flow out. I know this is a bad scenario for dust... But I want the inflow cab first help cool down my GPU as it's located at he bottom back.

Since I got a thin filter coming with the case at the front, I know a high static pressure is good. Currently I have 2 Corsair AF140 Quiet Edition with only 0.88 mm/H2O. My top ones are Noctua A14 PWM for cpu water cooling radiator, and back one is Noctua F12 PWM. Those have pretty good static pressure (> 2.0 mm/H2O).

So, I wonder whether I should change my front ones to Noctua ones (e.g. A14) to raise the static pressure. I already have high static pressure for flow out.

Also, for case fan, I see ppl say 3pin, I wonder whether 3pin or 4pin will really matters on my Maximus Gene VII. The 4 pin Noctua F12 at the back seems works well and I see AI Suite provides options to tune it.
