My pc specs:
Made by: Acer
Model: Aspire M3910
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 & CPU 650 @ 3.20GHz 3.19 GHz
Ram: 3GB
System type: 64 bit

I cant use dxdiag to get the graphics card.
Anyway the problem is that when I try to start up my computer, Windows does not start. This problem first started with my computer getting blue screen and crashing multiple times then roughly after 4 or so crashes it would stop crashing. However now I cannot even start windows. It also freezes when I go into safe mode with networking. There are also these weird lines one some images for example when the windows logo pops up after a while the sort of faded part of each colour gets a few weird lines going through it. Before entering the safe mode menu there is also a black screen and the green bars pop up and then disappear. I have tried startup repair but it would get stuck for a very long time 5hours +, this would also happen with a system restore. Please help this is very urgent as I really need to use my computer.

Solution
Cold be a hardware issue, first thing I'd do is grab a new hard drive and try a clean Windows setup on that. If that works, you are all set, copy your files from the old drive. If that does not work, try different RAM, if that does not work, it would point to a motherboard issue.
