same fps on battlefield 4 low and ultra settings (graphics card upgrade)

Hey, i just upgraded my graphics card from a gtx 960 4gb to a gtx 1070, i am using 8gb ram ddr3,and my cpu is the i5 3470 3.2mhz-3.6mhz turbo and while i playing bf4, the low settings and the ultra settings give me the same fps my cpu in bf4 just 70%-80% load in ultra... so i dont think its a bottlenack i am useing windows 10 64 bit and i downloaded the latest geforce drivers.

Yeah that's about right, even though the CPU isn't showing 100%, it is holding the framerate down, this is a rare game in which i7's actually perform better, as the game can use the extra threads. I wouldn't worry about it though, unless it's dragging your fps to under 90.

I got like 100fps and higher in ultra but in low settings its the same fps its dont go uper
