That entirely depends on what you are doing. (And what games you play)
Generally speaking, no its not really viable.
People go on twitch to be entertained, this means watching personalities (streamers) they enjoy. When you dont have a mic (webcams are meh) it really does nothing to separate you from the crowd.
Now there are exceptions to this based on the games (Speed running for example, doses not necessarily require commentary).
What were your plans exactly?

Webcam is optional, microphone isn't really, people want to at least hear you talking about the game or responding the twitch chat.
