Hi and thanks for reading,

My problems started 2 days ago;
I was playing Napoleon Total War and my screen suddenly turned black, I looked at my pc and my fans stoped blowing so my pc didn't do a proper reboot. Then it turned itself back on again. It did the exact same thing when trying to play other games like BF4.
I have updated my window's, did multiple virusscan's, tried different drivers for my GPU.
I also ran multiple GPU and CPU stress tests and both of them were cooled well enough.
What I think is really strange is that I have this setup for about six months after buying it from a friend who didn't have any problems with it.
These are my specs:
MSI E2200 Motherboard.
GTX 760 GPU
I7-4770K CPU
Standard Intel CPU cooler
Aero cool Xpredator 650W PSU
8GB of RAM.
In advance I thank you for replying.
Hugo

Hi,

I'm no expert, but is your computer rebooting even when you're not playing computer games? If so, it could possibly be that your computer's CPU is overheating. That's a safety feature with modern computers. It protects the CPU from being fried, destroying it. If this is the case, I would try fitting a more powerful CPU fan. The cooler the CPU is, the more stable your computer will operate.

I don't think that will help because I did several GPU and CPU test at the same time which takes a lot power but even when playing Warmode (a game with really outdated graphics) it crashes. On the other hand it doesn't crash when I play Arma 3 on ultra. And above all I have used this setup for six months and only very recently my problem occured.
