Will a Pentium Dual Core E5800 3.2ghz bottleneck a GTX 750Ti?

I want to know if this CPU will bottleneck this card,if so,is there any other good card that works good with this CPU?
I want NVIDIA cards,not AMD ones.

Yes it will slightly bottleneck but it should be fine. I have a E5700 Ghz with the Zotac GTX 750 Ti 2GB which plays FC4 using Injector Maxed Out at 30-40 Fps, GTA 5 Low Medium at 30 fps locked.
