Wiping Hard Drive

I am building my new PC in two days and I want to use my current hard drive. I want to clear it of all of its drivers so it is a clean install. How is it possible for me to clear the hard drive so it is completely clean and ready for new drivers to be installed. If I don't need to clear it and I just need to remove partitions, how can I do that? I need help and soon.

Go to disk management and delete partitions there. Is your current hard drive a boot drive? You might want to do that when you install Windows

Create installation media and when you are installing you can choose custom installation where you can manage drives and remove ones you don't need
